Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Debian Information Technologies in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal data processed

We process identity data (name, surname), contact data (e-mail address, telephone number), customer transaction data (the content of requests and complaints) and professional experience data (CVs submitted for career applications).

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to conduct communication activities, to follow up requests and complaints, to carry out contractual processes, to run candidate application processes and to fulfil legal obligations.

Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation; and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Transfer

Except where required by law, your personal data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred abroad.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, and to object to processing.

You can send requests concerning your rights to info@debian.com.tr. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
